Return/Exchange

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all MAX LUXE Shop products! you can return/exchange your order, If you are not completely satisfied with your order for reasons like:

• Product doesn’t meet expectation
• An item(s) was found to be defective or damaged upon delivery
• An incorrect item was delivered
• A delivered item(s) is different from what was described online
• An item(s) was in the initial order but was not delivered

 

From the time of receiving your order you will have 5 days to return/exchange your purchase, as long as it meets our return terms.

*All items for return must comply with the following terms & conditions:

• Item(s) must be its original, unused purchase condition
• Packaging of each item must be unopened and not defaced in any manner
• Item(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a receipt or tax invoice
• If the item(s) was purchased as part of a set, pack or bundle, all other item(s) in the set, pack or bundle must also be returned

 

If you wish a refund, we’ll offer your full refund include delivery charge via your original payment method or your Store Credit.

For exchange you can request for receiving same item(if the item is still available in stock) or with another item in same value amount of your purchased item.

 

How to return/exchange my products

After submitting your return/exchange request, we will pick up the item from your location and then allow 24 hours to process the refund/exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once your return/exchange has been processed.
